The Iodine docs say that you are sufficient when you have an excretion of 90% of the ingested dose in a 24 hour period.

Your results might indicate deficiency. However, if you have problems with the sodium-iodide symporter or other issues that prevent proper Iodine absorption, then this could lead to false test readings that would falsely show sufficiency.

Are you working with a doctor who understands orthoiodosupplementation?
