The diet seems pretty good except for the milk. I would try it out for a couple of weeks. There are many other vegetables you can eat. I strongly recommend cucumber smoothies. Water and cucumbers in the blender makes great smoothie it also keeps hunger away.
If you don't notice progress switch to the anti candida diet. It is indeed very restricted im struggling with it myself but Im trying to find the motivation to be strict. Also if you take l-glutamine you won't lose muscle weight. Its a supplement usually used by bodybuilders to reduce the breakdown of muscle.
Im quite positive that you will see some results with the no-gluten diet. I believe thats the reason my smell decreased significantly, just give it some time. My fbo is not totally gone thats why Im trying to keep myself on the candida diet and do my best to eliminate the odor.
