Iodine Makes Other Things Work Better


Before re-starting orthoiodosupplementation a few weeks ago I could not tolerate Vitamin D or Vitamin C at all.

Anything over 60mg or so of vitamin C would send me into hypoglycemic hell.

Any amount of vitamin D would cause severe fatigue and fibromyalgia-like symptoms. Even sunlight would cause this.

Since taking iodine, I have gotten my vitamin C up to 500mg twice per day and am at 1000IU of vitamin D with no problems to report as of yet.

I'm not sure of the exact mechanism here, but Iodine seems to have repaired something.

I plan on continuing to raise my C levels to about 3 grams per day. The D I am going to leave at 1000IU for now.

I suspect that Iodine is involved in the activation of the D once ingested and also probably involved in calcium blood levels.
