I have noticed a problem that I have been having, except for now, which is dry hair because of lack of iodine. I'm 62 years old, female, have long gray hair and it's dry, or tends to be on the dry side. Plus several months ago, my hair was starting to fall out more. This was before I started the Iodine in the month of June.
Well, let me tell you this, I found the best shampoo and conditioner in the world, I think, at least for me and my husband. No, I'm not selling it. It's made by a place, which I don't know if I'm allowed to name, and is called Hydrate shampoo, plus use their Silk conditioner. This stuff has helped my poor old hair better than anything, even when I was younger and I wasn't gray. You don't even have to use much of it. I order it through Amazon.
So can I use the name of the place? Again, you can write and ask them, I'm not selling it. There is another place that sells a Hydrate shampoo, but it's not this one. Anyway, if you type in at Amazon, Silk 18 natural conditioner, you'll see the name of the place that makes my shampoo and conditioner.
And also, my husband has gray hair, which is usually dry at all times, but it's not now. His hair is now shiny. That's the way mine has been as well. It's shiny, not falling out like it was even before I started the iodine, and not dry like it was. So weird!
We were both so amazed with this product that we just ordered 3 shampoos when they had a sale going on. Didn't order the conditioner because he doesn't use it as much as I do, but his hair still is doing good.
I'm just throwing this out there because I know that the thyroid messes with our hair. This helps in the meantime, and they have other shampoos for people with specific problems.
