Re: Candida - Secondary problem?

Some diet advices on Candida infections:

Leafy green vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli, spinach are perfect choices in an anti-candidiasis diet because they have a very low natural Sugar content. Blackberries and apples are also accepted for their low Sugar content and for their nutritional benefits and antioxidant properties.

Fish and lean meat are also indicated, and also the consumption of garlic, which serves to combat fungi and strengthens the immune system.

You must not forget about hydration! Water plays an essential role in combating candidiasis and helps detoxify the body, so it is recommended to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Probiotics and yogurt rebalance the intestinal flora.

Vitamin C and pantothenic acid (vitamin B5). Vitamin C should be taken in amounts tolerated by the intestine to help the body get rid of toxins. In addition, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), administered in doses of 500 mg two times a day, may reduce the adverse effects of these toxins.
