Thumping sensation and movement in muscle tissue

Does anyone know which parasites cause movement under the flesh? Not so much under the skin, but a little deeper, like in the muscle tissue? It's a painless fluttering/thumping movement that is felt and seen. It's mainly in my legs, but often in my sternum, rib cage and abdominal area.

I have made great progress with my condition and this seems to be the last of my symptoms. I'm not sure if it's just more noticeable now that my other symptoms have subsided or if the movement has increased, but it happens quite frequently. I'm currently doing nothing about it, as I'm unsure what it is or how to treat. My past treatments were a bit haphazard, but my best results were from taking 3-5 days of Pyrantal doses once a month for 3 months, along with DE, Vit C, Magnesium and P&B shakes.

Any idea what this is? I'm quite positive I had a multitude of parasites and this last species is what's left.
