My stools are very miscolored, frequent, and covered in mucus. What gives?

My stools aren't normal. Pretty much all are super greasy, smell rank, and are covered in mucus. Most are a light tan and some are black. They almost always come out in small pods; rarely it'll be a bigger "log" consisting of pods. I have 5 - 12 bowel movements a day. You can view a sampling here: . The pictures were taken over the past four days.

After I eat, my rectum spasms and I have an immediate urge to sleep. It's like my body wants to have a bowel movement but can't. If I nap after eating, I can have a bowel movement and mentally I'll feel back to normal. If I don't nap I feel like crap. I was diagnosed with narcolepsy a couple months ago, but that doesn't explain these stools.

I'm 25. I take ritalin for the narcolepsy and bowel movements always come right after taking it. Endoscopy and colonoscopy a month ago came up with nothing. GI doc said it took 4 times the normal anesthesia to put me under for what its worth and likened the issues to stress. I don't buy it.

Its gotten a lot worse over the past year. I'd guess its some of parasite as I went to Morocco four years ago.

Any help would be great! I'm sick of sitting on the toilet.
