I couldn't take the itching anymore, so I thought I'd try something 'rash'. I went to dunkin donuts and had a coffee w/milk & Sugar and a jelly donut. . . . and now I'm NOT itching anywhere! And I may do this again tomorrow if I have to.
That said, I will wait until the Oxypowder comes next week and restart the program from square one; hopefully do it right this time. I had to have screwed up somewhere when I started 2 weeks ago, doing it my own way. I will start fresh again next week, but I need a good step by step program to follow. Blondie, can you (or anyone) link me to one please?
