Re: Final Thoughts on my being cured of Candida

There is some uncertainty as to whether or not SOME prebiotics may also feed candida. It is not clear. I do know of TWO prebiotics that don't feed candida: Galactomune and lactulose (not lactose!). Now that I am cured of candida I consume resistant starch but only after almost 3 months of being on probiotics plus Galactomune + lactulose and antifungals of course. If you want to play it safe I would avoid resistant starch and FOS and just stick to Galactomune and/or lactulose (you can buy lactulose on eBay). After you are cured you can add resistant starch.
