Cut down on processed sugars. Avoid anything packaged with all types of ingredients you've never heard of. Eat fruits, vegetables make green smoothies with rich nutrients like kale and spinach. Start taking probiotics but make sure you kill all the bad bacteria with oil of oregano, paud'arco, garlic etc. Drink plenty of water daily. You don't want to eat anything that doesn't add nutritional value into your body. It's a strict diet can be expensive and means you have to do a lot of your own cooking but thats what you got to do if you want to combat this condition! Oh and don't forget fish oil.
