Re: Parasites in head

Read mattk3's today's post. It talks of increasing albendazole dosage in Europe. I have been reading parasite stuff for a couple of years and it seems the common worm in the brain is tapeworm, as I recall.

I believe any worm in the brain is dangerous and possibly an MRI should be done. One of mattk3's recent posts talks about symmetrical vs unsymmetrical activity. See if you can find that post.

Albendazole may work in a limited way on tapeworm, but it is not the drug of choice. Niclosamide (not available from U.S.) works in the intestines and Praziquantel is systemic. Have you taken Praziquantel yet?

Another thing which crosses the blood brain barrier is DMSO. I once took orally 1/2 teaspoon and did I ever feel that in my head. Medicines mixed with DMSO and applied to the skin might (probably do) cross the BBB.

I feel I'm on dangerous ground here. I might know just enough to be dangerous to others, so please do your own research. I don't want to cause you harm.
