I too am trying to figure out how to know how much fenben to take..... No one has mentioned a dosage. I'm also wondering how you ingest a "paste"? Do you hide it in something else, or add liquid or what??? Help! I'm really freaked now that I know I have these things, and now that I know just WHAT is causing this constant lump in my throat. Ugh. I've started doing the eucalyptus followed by lemon juice enemas, but no dice. The only one I expelled was after coffee enema. I'll start trying the milk+salt ones next. Someone said something about retaining them for 2 hours? Is that even possible??? Tweet
