There were many traditional cultures that ate diets very high in 'acidic foods' like meat, and very little vegetables, who had almost perfect health and lived longer than we do. How is that possible?
Simple: The problem isn't 'acidic foods'. The problem is that we are causing our body incredible amounts of stress by ignoring our body signals. Vitamin and mineral deficiencies are also a factor, but a relatively small one compared to the stress we place on ourselves by doing things like restricting salt and calories.
