Well I found that long round 15 to 25 days combining meds worked better to kill them and I persistently attacked the parasites. If i wasn't on meds I was on herbs, foods they hate and supplements. I did tons of ememas and lots of cleaning and hygiene. I never let them rest. When i got a good majority out of me I started to work on healing my leaky gut and stimulating my immune system. It all depends on what you have. Find what kills them and combine it with something else that kills them and targets a different mechanism. Then switch meds on the third round so they dont get immune. albendazole and ivermectin, then alinia and albendazole, then iver mectin and fenben, then pyrantel and fen ben. ETC. When you are taking med breaks use the herbals in the same way, combine them. Then when you make progress you can go to treating once a week then once a month. You have to find what works for your parasites and your body and be persistent. Accept that you will have to treat once a month for the rest of your life. And it will take time to heal your body after the infection is gone. I'm just starting to be able to absorb nutrients and am starting to regain my energy and vitality. I will always be left with celiac disease and be prone to parasites.
