DAY 5 - Fasting w/ distilled water

Day 5 of my fast. Dry fasted 4 days now on distilled water.

I am feeling good. Water tastes amazingly sweet.

Mucus is still pouring out, white and from left nasal and bronchial tube, headache is gone, Neck does not hurt anymore, outer part of right side head burning sensation is back a little bit. Do not know what that is.

I was awake early part of night, slept well afterwards, rash is not totally gone yet, I had slight reflux at 4am and then it subsided.

LOST 12LBS IN 5 DAYS - TODAY 2lbs
Blood Sugar 87mg/Dl
Blood Pressure - 138/109 - HIGH FOR ME - BUT HAS HAPPENED BEFORE IN MY FAST.
Pulse - 99 (my normal pulse is 65-70)

Urine is LIGHT yellow,Flowing OK
Teeth bleeding is very minor.
Left groin and hip joint hurts if sit for a long time, just slightly.

I do not feel hunger at all or severe weakness.
