Thank you so much for that post. It makes sense that it was all water weight. I was shocked to see that gain. Also normally I weigh myself in the morning, but I felt different after I consumed 14 cups of distilled water in 8 hours, at work, a demanding day. Then I decided to weigh myself after I came home from work. I only paid attention to how I felt.
On the hindsight, I should have taken a sick leave that day.
Yes, so next 10 hours after that episode I did not drink at all. Next day I drank as per thirst and one sip only. I am back to normal. Our lives in fast lane.
Even though I feel I can go forever with water only fast, I broke my fast with juice of organic Watermelon (so hard to find) and distilled water.
I have read many of your posts for last 7 years. You, Archus and DesertLili have helped me lot. I do miss Chrisb1, though.
How should one break a dry fast of 3-4 days?
