Breaking a fast is not to be taken lightly, people have wound up in the ER by eating wrong things and too much upon breaking their fast. If you fast for a few days then you do not have to be so careful.
Break you fast with a fruit like orange, grapefruit, Watermelon or lemon. Juice one of them and dilute it with water, then few hours later drink 4oz of juice then 8oz, slowly build up your appetite. BREAD would be bad choice for breaking your fast.
When you fast itching will increase and I have used lemon juice or coconut oil on entire body. Word of caution, there are a few % of our population have reaction from coconut oil rubbed on their skin. So please try a small spot on inside your wrist, rub coconut oil for a minute and see if you have any rashes on that spot. if not, then you are good to go.
I would slowly eliminate meat from the diet. Meat is one thing that clogs your intestines and colon. If you are fasting and did not have a BM that is fine, but if you are not fasting, then 7 days is not a good thing. In that case I would eat fibrous fruits like mango, orange, etc. If you are not fasting then take one teaspoon of Epsom Salt or Magnesium Citrate Soda for elimination.
Basically eating too much meat and processed foods can create a lot of issues in your body. Skin is a big organ of elimination and cleansing, Liver does most of cleaning, so look into Liver flush.
Also did you try what Incharge wrote in his post to use Colloidal Silver ? Try that first.
Cortisone and other creams alike are chemicals that you are putting in your body. Oils are a better choice for your skin.
You are young so will bounce back very quickly. You need to make a choice of what you want to eat and be on the regimen.
