Hmm I like meat :) I mean I know that meat from the supermarket is pretty much carbage because there the meat from cows for example comes from cows who ate pretty much shit (grains and stuff like that instead of grass). But maybe I can afford real meat, we will see.

I dont really understand Liver Flush but I will read more into that topic.
What I noticed during the day: I was laying in the bed most of the day and I was super weak and I couldnt even drink a lot of water. But now in the evening I regained lots of energy and I can drink more water. Furthermore the hunger isnt really intense any more (probably because I drink more water). But I have to say that I'am always more active in the evening.
And I ordered cocunut oil from amazon (native, cold pressed, without additives), it arrives monday and I'am curious how my skin will react to it.
