I wanted to share that I been doing Colon Cleanses

Lemon and Baking soda Miraculous Healing Combination
Drink organic lemon juice with 2 teaspoons of baking soda in a cup of water 2X a day for 10 days or more.
Farmer's punch, switchel, or the Dr. Jarvis variant, honegar. which was, for lack of lemons, ACV and honey or maple syrup and grated ginger... at times with added salt.
Southeast Asians actually seemed to have the lemon drink down long ago... but then the citrus is native to Asia... they would preserve the lemons by fermenting them and then putting them in a salt brine (you can do this with apples too... the lemons, they would mash up, rind and all, sweetened to taste and served as *lemonade*.

An oil-based elixir (OBE) can make for a great, nutritionally-dense meal. I personally like to make an OBE whenever I need something light yet is still very energizing and loaded with mentally-activating nutrients. I also like it because sometimes I just don’t feel like diluting the ingredients by adding water and using a blender.
You can use a wide variety of foods, herbs, supplements, and essential oils in your elixir. You can go savory (salty/spicy) or sweet, as long you have the right ingredients. If you can master making an oil-based elixir, you can save yourself a lot of time and digestive energy and still deliver a huge amount of nutrition to your body.
The trick is to know which ingredients to add to give it a nice, pleasant, and ogasmically delicious flavor. For this you need the right sweeteners, the right spices and condiments, and the right essential oils. Once you have these, you can make the most nutritious yet distasteful foods taste unbelievably and addictively delicious.
If you are going for something sweet (which is what I usually like make), you will need these:
free sweetener, such as stevia, or another sweetener that is sweet enough to actually give the whole elixir a pleasantly sweet taste. I like stevia the most, but you can also use lakanto or sweetfruit (Luo han guo).
Other sweetener-like spices. For this, my favorites are Vietnamese cinnamon, vanilla (either the extract or the powder), star anise, and anise. These will greatly enhance the flavor and also give the overall elixir a wide range of flavors, so you will be tasting more than one thing at a time.
Essential oils. Find a flavor that you like. I experimented with several essential oils, and my favorite are peppermint, wild mint, orange, and grapefruit essential oils. Just one or a few drops of these oils will add to the other spices and sweeteners and give the flavor far more depth. Imagine having something sweet that contains chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, AND peppermint oil on top of that! It tastes better than Godiva, is far more nutritious and better for you, and %100 guilt-free.
The most important ingredient of all: chocolate, or cacao. You can use raw organic 100% cacao powder, but I personally prefer and recommend using the straight cacao beans, grinding them with a grinder and making your own cacao powder instead.
And here’s a list of the ingredients you will need to make a sweet oil-based elixir. You don’t need them all, and you can make a great elixir with just a few of these:
Word of caution: Some people will be shocked, and maybe even offended, by the amount of fats in the recipe. Most of us have been so deeply programmed and brainwashed to believe that fats make us gain weight and are bad for us. However, the complete opposite is true here. These fats actually nourish the hormone glands and help with losing excess fat. I have used this recipe myself and with my clients as part of a detoxification and weight loss program with great success.
The fats and oils you will use as a base for the overall elixir. You can use any or all of the following:
Raw egg yolks, my favorite. Raw egg yolks, if the eggs are organic & free-range or pasture-raised from a quality source, can have a very pleasant taste when they’re raw, and actually taste like vanilla, and would make a great base for this recipe. I usually use at least 3 yolks and up to 6, depending on whether I’m adding other oils or not. You can add as many as you need.
Ghee, or raw butter.
Red palm oil
Other healthy oils, such as olive oil, or pumpkin seed oil.
Very small amounts of nut butters. My favorites are brazil nut butter, hazelnut butter, black sesame tahini, and hempseed butter.
Whatever superfoods you like. I personally like to use colostrum, shilajit, blue-green algae, spirulina, chlorella, royal jelly, camu camu berry, acai berries, and whatever else I have available.
A small amount of apple cider vinegar, mainly to make the other oils easier to digest.
Any supplements you would like to add. I usually add things like green tea extract, R-Alpha lipoic acid, and acetyl-l carnitine. If they’re in capsules, I’ll simply open the capsules into the elixir, and if they’re in liquid extract form, I’ll simply add a few drops into the elixir, and if they’re in powder form I’ll add a small amount of the powder to the elixir.
A very small amount of a gluten-free grain: soaked buckwheat, wild rice or cooked quinoa. This is mainly to encourage chewing. Otherwise, it would be very tempting to just swallow the elixir without making it mingle with your saliva first. I found that having a small amount of buckwheat encourages chewing and makes the whole elixir far more easier to digest.
And here’s how to actually make a sweet oil-based elixir:
Start by melting whatever oils you plan to use in your elixir. I usually like to use ghee, coconut oil and red palm oil. I’ll usually add like a tablespoon or two of each. So I’ll just add those to the bowl/jar in which I plan to eat my elixir, and apply heat to them to melt them. Ideally you would do so using the double-boiler method, but if you’re super lazy like me, you can just place the glass bowl over very low heat and let the oils melt over a few minutes.
Once you have your melted oil mixture, it’s time to break eggs and add the egg yolks. What I usually do is have something where I can throw the egg whites and shells, and then squeeze the yolk into the elixir bowl. So I’ll break the egg, separate away the whites until I’m left with only the yolk, and then I’ll squeeze the yolk into the bowl, and throw away the “thing” that encases the yolk. That way you get 100% pure yolk and nothing else. It’s usually helpful to have something with which to “wipe” the whites off your hand before you proceed to the next egg.
Once your done with the eggs, it’s time to add the goodies: colostrum, shilajit, spirulina, chlorella, etc., whatever superfood powders you have. Add them and mix them along with the other fats and oils.
Add the cacao powder, or grind the cacao beans and add them into the elixir.
Add the stevia, and whatever other spices you like to use: cinnamon, vanilla, cayenne pepper, etc.
Add a pinch of Sea Salt
to further enhance the flavor.
Add a drop or a few of your favorite essential oils.
Add a teaspoon to a tablespoon of buckwheat, wild rice or quinoa.
Add your supplements, if any.
Mix everything together.
Taste, and see if you have the flavors right. The first few times you may notice that you will either have too little or too much stevia, or too little or too much oil, or that you may like to have a stronger peppermint flavor and add more essential oils. With time, you’ll learn how to get the portions and the flavor right, and mistakes are bound to happen in the beginning.
Go somewhere quiet and peaceful, so you can enjoy and fully appreciate your elixir.
Devour your elixir.
I've been making ormus oil for 3 or 4 months now. It requires no fancy equipment- in fact nothing but an unrefined salt (I've used pink Himalayan) and a good quality oil. I've used hempseed, grapeseed, and my current favorite, coconut oil.

First, mark one jar with the indellable marker by pouring 1/2 cup water in and drawing a line on the jar. Then add another 1/2 cup of water and mark again. So now you have a jar with markings at 1/2 cup and 1 cup. Dry the jar well and then add the salt to the first mark, the oil to the second mark, screw the lid on tightly and shake well. Cover the jar with foil. I let mine sit on orgonite for 3 days, shaking when I thnk of it. After 3 days I place the filter in the funnel, set the funnel in the second jar, pour in the salt/ oil mixture, and drain well. Disgard the salt, wrap the jar in foil, and store the ormus oil on orgonite, refrigerating if necessary to avoid rancidity.
I use it on my skin and hair, and plan on adding a teaspoon a day to my diet, too, next time I change ormus. This is the easiest and cheapest method I've found for adding ormus to your life. If you are interested in spiritual growth and extreme healing, this may be worth experimenting with.

BASIC NUTRITIONAL WELLNESS PROGRAM
This basic Wellness Program can be used when suffering from any (chronic) disease as it detoxifies the body and restores the biochemistry of the body, so the body has the tools to repair itself. It can also be used to maintain health and well being.
Key to the Wellness Program is the lemon and olive oil mixture, which detoxifies the body, assists the liver to function properly, and helps to get the ph of the body back to normal in the shortest of time. People who are not well have usually an acid body, which means the ph of the urine is below 7. For optimal health a healthy person’s ph should be between 7.1 and 7.3. When you have cancer, your ph should be 7.5 or above, as than any cancer stops growing, which gives you time to get rid of the cancer. You can buy urine strips to test your urine yourself in SA at Dischem or any good pharmacy.
To make 1 portion of the lemon / olive oil mixture:
1. Soak the lemon for about 10 minutes in water with some vinegar added
2. Cut the lemon in pieces and put it in the blender
3. Add 1 tablespoon of Extra-Virgin
Olive oil and 1 cup of water
5. If you do not have a blender, soak the lemon as above, grate the lemon and put it in a container, and add the water and the Extra-Virgin
6. So you are using the WHOLE lemon, the peel, the white, the flesh, the juice and the pips!
When you are sick, you drink 3 portions per day – which means 3 lemons, 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 3 cups of water till you are completely symptom free. You can make for 5 days at a time – which means 15 lemons, 15 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 15 cups of water. Keep the mixture in the fridge
Following are the other ingredients you need to take or what to avoid:
Garlic 3 Tablespoons per day: 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, 1 in the evening
Ginger As above
Beetroot 2 large beets or 4 small beets
Brazil nuts Eat 2 per day at least, more if you are sick
Pumpkin seeds At least 1 tablespoon per day
Lemon / olive oil mixture 3 portions per day: 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, 1 in the evening
Multivitamin In SA, a good one to use is the multivitamin from Bioharmony available at Dischem, Clicks and Health shops. In the rest of the world, Dr Mercola (USA), Jon Barron (USA), Patrick Holfordt (UK) and Solgar produce good supplements. Take twice the recommended dosage when very sick
Fruit and vegetables As much as you want, especially what is in season in your country
Eggs When ph is in the normal range, 1 soft boiled egg per day
Chicken or fish Only when your ph is in the normal range, or if you have cancer, when your ph is above 7.5
Exercise, fresh air and sunshine Do some fun exercise like dancing or brisk walking at least 4x per week. Keep your windows open, even at night when it is cold. Spend at least ½ hour per day in the sun. If living in a climate where the sun “disappears” during winter, take at 1 tablespoon of Codliver oil per day
Water 2 liters of water per day. For people with Arthritis
this is very important. As the acid leaves the joints, you don’t want this acid to form kidney stones
Tea Herbal teas like Green tea or Rooibos tea
Brown rice Only once ph is right
YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE THE FOLLOWING TILL YOU ARE SYMPTOM FREE:
Beverages No “normal” tea, no coffee (instant or bean), no alcohol, no juices (even the “natural” ones or the no Sugar
added ones), no frizzy or gassy drinks, no diet drinks, no milk or yoghurt
Starches No sugar, no refined foods, no bread, no wheat products, no pasta, no flour, no potatoes, obviously no cakes etc., no diet products
Other food No red meat till you are healthy, and then eat occasionally “green” meat (from cattle raised organically). Stay away from all processed meats including sausages, and also meat from pork like bacon and ham
Artificial sweeteners Do not use any of these. They were designed to kill ants, so if you want to get rid of your ants in your garden or house, just sprinkle artificial sweetener powder and the ants will die
Fried Food Heating oil and frying food make the food and the oil toxic. Avoid especially when sick
This Basic Wellness Program works for most chronic diseases like Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Arthritis, AIDS, Asthma, Epilepsy, stomach ulcers etc. It also helps you to loose weight easily, or in the case of AIDS and some cancer patients to pick up the weight – whatever is needed.
Some diseases need extra things either to do or to take:

Asthma Take extra ginger when you feel short of breath. It works as an anti-inflammatory! Do the following breathing exercise a couple of times per day: Breath out, till all is out (bending even over). Breath in on the count of 8, hold your breath for the count of 8, and breath out again, bending over. Singing songs where you have to use up your air is also a good way to do this exercise
You NEVER stop your medication on your own – this is dangerous and stupid. Have yourself monitored every week by a doctor (or a registered nurse who is allowed to adjust your medication) for insulin, high blood pressure medication and cholesterol medication. You will need less medication as you stay on the program till all medication may be stopped. You can reduce medication like painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs yourself, but for example cortisone or steroids (often prescribed for Arthritis
and asthma are drugs you have to be weaned of, depending how long you have been on it. Although you will not need your asthma pump anymore, keep it with you till you know for sure you will not need it anymore. Don’t just throw it out when you have not used it for a week or two.
Once you are well, you can reduce everything to twice per day. Keep on monitoring your ph so it stays in the normal range, and than you can reduce everything to once per day. You will notice that when for example you have eaten many things you should normally avoid, like cakes, puddings and meat, your ph may drop and you may feel sluggish the next day. Just for one or two days take again 3 portions of everything, so you can get all the junk quickly out of your body. Do not see this as a diet but a lifestyle change. The saying “You are what you eat” is so true. You eat junk, you become diseased!
Many people develop shingles when they are sick. To get rid of the pain shingles (herpes) or chickenpox cause mix the following: 1 Tablespoon of Aquas cream, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 Disprin or Asprin. If the area is big, mix more accordingly. Apply thickly on the affected area with cotton wool (never touch oozing blisters with your bare hands) and only put clothes back on when it has been absorbed. Wear cotton clothes as synthetic material can irritate the skin. Apply again 4 hours later, and again the next day. With chickenpox apply as needed for a couple of days. The pain is usually gone within a couple of hours. When you had shingles and the blisters have disappeared, but the pain is still there, the cream mixture will take a bit longer to work – usually about 24 hours. Avoid peanuts or peanut butter as they can trigger shingles. Go on the Wellness Program as above. The reason you got shingles is because your body is taking strain, just like you can get fever blisters when you have the flu or a cold. The Wellness program will bring your body back to balance.
When you have eaten something that makes you feel nauseas, or causes you to vomit or have diarrhea just take 2 tablespoons of activated charcoal every 2 hours till it has stopped. You can also grind some burned wood or plain charcoal into a powder and take that.
