Reduced Water and Anaerobic colonic flora.

I am mostly away from the forum but always think about people who are suffering this terrible syndrome.
As a matter of contribution, I want to tell you the gut microbiota offers the biggest protection against candidiasis inside the intestinal lumen, especially the areas dominated by microbes such as the Cecum, and lower intestinal parts.
It is the anaerobic flora what protects against fungal growing.
Restoring a gut microbiota rich in anaerobic bacteria will keep candida away of the intestinal tract.

There is an effective way to increase the anaerobic flora, drinking REDUCED WATER, also known as Alkaline Water or anodic water.

There are devices that produces this water and it can be done at home. Some of these machines are expensive but there are some more economical too.

I will leave some studies.

I hope this help,

Jorge.
