Re: please help roundworm/hookworm infection

I've also had these and thought they were black pin worms for awhile because they act like them but they don't have the same itch intensity. They are a filarial infection mansonella streptocera or ozzardi, I beleive. They live in subcutaneous fat and lymph systems. They will emerge from your skin if you take a hot bath in borax and peroxide. they look like anywhere from an eylash size to and inch an half long and a thin black hair. Some have a tail that looks like a checkmark on the end. They curl up in loops. They do move on tissues and will swim around in the toilet bowel. You have to take albendazole 400 mg for 15 days twice a day for three rounds. Take a week break between rounds,Ivermectin 7 days on three days off for about 3 months, and 9 weeks of doxycycline or tetracycline. This will kill all the stages and the adults.
