Re: Hyperinfection Hospice

The last mention of her family was that she has been separated from her husband for some months now; since her original posting under Iriechic.. He had the kids in Florida. She is living with her mother in another state. I'm not sure the last time she saw her kids. Not long ago she wrote that her husband was filing for divorce. Many people here have taken lots of time away from themselves to offer support and advice to her, but other than calling numerous doctors offices and posting online I'm unsure of any real protocol she has attempted. I have never seen a specimen photo from her uploaded here. How does she know what she has? Does she have any specimens? Why not upload photos so that they can be positively ID'd? In my limited experience, if someone attempts any protocol and follows it to a T, they will at least see some improvement. Maybe not a cure, but definitely an alleviation of symptoms. When I was at my worst, which sounds like a trip to Disneyland compared to what she says she is going through, I would do anything if it meant I could bring my level of pain and discomfort down from a 10 to an 8. Any alleviation was preferred to no alleviation. How many posts has she made looking for friends and support compared to everyone else here? Most here are looking for answers and alleviation of their symptoms with the hope of a cure. Most people 'get it' about doctors after it's been explained to them and they witness it themselves once or twice. Most people are doing 'something' other than complain, they are taking some kind of action. I'm no armchair psychologist, but she seems paralyzed by her past. She repeats the spiel about steroids and pregnancy (isn't her youngest around 6 years old?) ad infinitum, but I have no idea what meds, herbs or supplements she's been taking for the last 6 years to combat that initial problem.

I find this entire saga fascinating and I'll probably take heat for my post, but who knows, maybe this sideshow will somehow help a future reader. Tough love is still love and support, after all...
