I'm going to start another fast on the 16th of october (after an exam). It's not the best timing, certainly, but I hope to make it roughly a week an a half to two weeks. Then I have another exam. Then in November, I hope to fast again.
I am fasting mostly to see if I can get rid of eye floaters, because I have heard some testimonies about this. I might have to break the fast during more stressful times, but I hope to only break it with watery vegetables. In between fasting, I will eat no gluten or dairy. So: eggs, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Perhaps some tofu or tempeh, as well as quinoa.
