Your vegan eating after your last fast is another proof of how fasting can benefit you. Many people can't eat vegan for the life of them. I also had a benefit of not addicted to Sugar or junk food after my 22-day juice fast.
I love your quote "I miss eating, but I'll live." Sometimes the cravings feel as if we are dying and can't live another moment, but we need to remind ourselves that it's not life-threatening and we will actually survive.
I have never refed before in my fasts, I usually went back to overeating, and I am only exposed to it now with Taylor. It is a really good idea.
You are so much ahead of me! Taylor just finished Day 3, but to me her 7 days of coconut water counts as fasting too. I just finished Day 2, with Taylor's help.
