Is stinging, biting and pinching as symptom of strongyloides?

I have been tested positive for strongyloides and I am having this intense feeling of the above mentioned followed by fever,is that a symptom of strongyloides? I have started using ivermenctin 3 days ago, the symptoms are less intense but still present. Is it possible that is some other kind of parasite giving this reactions as well?
