I think mine were worms, not just toxic die off. The bites and stings were in very specific spots (bum/pubic area) and would come on suddenly and then disappear just as suddenly. It felt like I was being stung by a bee or bitten by a spider. It wasn't an all over sensation and the pain didn't ebb and wane. It either hurt like hell or I didn't feel anything at all and the places where it did hurt were very small in size, just like getting pricked with a needle. So frustrating. Made me jump out of my seat on more than one occasion. Tweet
