Re: Is stinging, biting and pinching as symptom of strongyloides?

Where did you get the idea you should not eat carbohydrates--rice and potatoes? You need good nutrition and lots of it! The more nutrient-dense (for example avocados) the better.

Strongyloides cause your intestines to have holes like swiss cheese resulting in malabsorption. You must eat very well until your intestines are healed. Take probiotics, drink kefir and maybe drink goat colostrum.

You need a good vitamin, magnesium and potassium. See mattk3's posts. Sharkman has already answered one of your recent questions re. foods which detoxify the liver.

Sharkman has many posts going back a couple of years. He was treating strongyloides only. You should spend some time reading them. I have been treating multiple parasites and it might be confusing to read my posts for strongyloide treatments because of this.

You will not be ready to pulse in 2 weeks. It takes months with this parasite. You must get serious with this worm. Breaks every 2 weeks may not be needed and could set you back.

One of the most important things you can do is keep your bowels moving. You don't want your liver to reabsorb toxic bile over and over. Miralax powder can keep you out of trouble.
