Nystatin oral suspension temperature requirements for viability

Hello,

I have been using Nystatin daily for about a month now against my candida with great results. Recently I have noticed my symptoms coming back slowly and am wondering about the viability of my Nystatin powder.

It says on the bottle to keep refrigerated but I wonder how important this is. I forgot to put it away one day and it was left out on the counter for a few hours. Would this make the Nystatin ineffective or does it need more heat than that? I am worried that I need to order a new bottle ASAP or the candida will come back full force, but I don't want to spend money to replace my Nystatin if I don't need to. All I could find on the subject is this:
