I have a friend that was diagnosed with Hashi's with high TGab's and TPO.
She went on selenium 200mcg per day, naturethroid and low dose naltrexone and her antibodies all came down.
She was prescribed by an integrative dr recommended by STTM.

She won't supplement with iodine.
I agree with what others said and think 125mg elemental iodine is too high.
Going higher with potassium iodide might be a better choice if you want to stick with high levels.
IMHO, I wouldn't supplement with more than 100mg of lugol's per day.
A lower maintenance dose of the iodine would make more sense, such as 50mg per day.
