Well it varied from cycle to cycle. I tried to leave them on for as long as possible. Sometimes that was 4 days, sometimes it was more like 7-10. It just depends on what I was doing. If you're washing make sure your washing very gently with a natural soap. I also switched to a natural tooth paste for the hell of it. Didn't help my lips but i ended up really liking the toothpaste anyway. Tweet
