Some other very important things I forgot to mention. I wasn't paying attention that you posted this in the candida section so I didn't assume you were having trouble with candida when I responded.

1. Molybdenum
2. Milk Thistle
4. Pantethine
5. Choline

They're supplements helping process the toxins caused by candida. They really work and have improved my mood and sense of well being tremendously while killing my candida. I strongly recommend lining up with these supps if you're working on candida.
