Re: Japanese method users please help !
This is the long play. The change was so slow that I never actually really saw it getting any better. Instead it was little changes over months until one day I realized that my lips looked pretty damn normal. You're idea to take pictures is a great one because you can use it to motivate you, but I think everyday is probably a little much.
I would try to let this affect you as little as possible. Try to go out and not think about it when you can. Hakuna's experience supports this too.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful but that's just how it was. Most other people who had success with the Japanese method report it the same way - hazy progress little by little.
I'm sorry you have to go through this but know that I'm rooting for you. It makes me furious sometimes to think about how much accutane *ucked up my life and the lives of others.
One thing I can say is that they started to feel better before they looked better. If after a month they're not feeling any better then maybe you've got something else going on (bacterial/fungal infection, celiac disease, et al).
I kinda think all that candida and
Liver Flush stuff is nonsense but if you want to try that in conjunction with leave it alone go for it. There's definitely a few people who posted success with that stuff and it can't hurt. The celiac thing is interesting too. Maybe try going strict gluten free for a week and see if that helps. accutane can trigger Celiac in people who are genetically predisposed.

That link is from University of Chicago so I take it a lot more seriously than half the shit I read here. A few people had really quick results going gluten free. Some took longer. Type in gluten free in the search bar and read back on it. Pretty interesting.
