You are also at that tricky age (if you are a woman) where you could be getting into difficult timing with perimenopause which can make fatigue all the worse? Can you confirm your sex?

Your ferritin is low. If you can't take iron tabs, the best thing to do is eat red meat every night until you feel better. Your anemia is most likely causing your weakness and insomnia and needs to be treated asap. What does the doctor want to do with you?
