Candida desperate

I have several queations, so please be patient with me. First I have systematic candida. I read on here somewhere that a person did UT and cured there candida. I have been battling candida, adrenal fatigue, low progestrone, food allergies , and hypothyroidism for 2 years. In a very limited diet. I also have genital herpes. So here are my questions. Can I do UT if I am on armour for my thyroid? Can I drink my own urine with candida? If I have a gh out break is it safe to drink or should I wait till they are gone? One last thing, where can I get a step by step instruction on what to do and how to do it?
