Great info + good for you for beating MS!! Do you take a calcium supplement? I only ever find conflicting information on it.

Years ago I had blood work done for mineral levels. At the time I was taking lots of calcium - I'd never slept so deeply. It was amazing. But my calcium levels were off the charts & I was told noooo more calcium. I haven't calcium since.
