I am curious of your blood type. As a type O, I do horribly on a vegan/vegetarian diet. Interestingly, my two friends who don't eat meat are type AB. They both naturally have more muscle mass than me, which I believe allows them to get away with less working out and less protein. In your case, I can't see you, but how do you feel about your natural body composition? When your doctor sees slight belly fat, I can't really picture what he sees. Is he at least in favor of alternative medicine?
I think I mentioned I have very few carbs. Even pre-mold, I'd never have more than 80g per day. Now, I'm attempting to have 30 - 15 pre and post workout. I am able to tell if the carbs are being utilized simply by looking on the mirror to see if I put on muscle. If I'm feeling heavy and bloated, I know I need to cut back and reevaluate my treatment protocol.
I envy how you can do fasting and flushes. I am too sick at this point to fast. The detox is literally unbearable.
Vitamin C is acidic and borax is alkaline, so where do you feel the alkalinity comes from?
