Apparently coconut oil is good for people who thyoid problems as coconut oil is processed differently. I know when I have it in the morning I am very energetic, it also cured my Depression and I was able to come of Prozac. Don't take it at night, I learnt hard way cudn't sleep

I suffer nerve damage from mesh repair surgery and I have found the following to be useful

1Magnesium citrate 8oo mg n empty stomach
vitamin c( draws water into intestines and helps initiate peristalsis by helping muscles relax)
2 olive oil between meals ( lubricates intestines
3 glycerine suppository or using a small syringe 10ml spirit this with some water into the back passage to initiate peristalsis)

gluten free is often advised as are grains as they basically damage the micro villi, fibre also is a villan ! fibre the insoluble type blocks absorption of minerals and vitamins - read book called " fibre menace"
