Hello all. Giving an update. I think the fruit is great for a glycogen boost, but I'm just going to do it sporadically. I did not sleep well and my sinuses totally flared up. Sugar is such a catch 22 because fungi feed off it, yet we need it to survive. Last year I was able to tolerate fruit much better.
I am enjoying the burst of energy though. I'm just going to enjoy it while it lasts. My next approach will be to try organic sprouted grains again for carbs. When I get my hands on some I'll let you know how it goes.
