Stomach hurts 6days after parasite cleanse!

Hi I'm new on here. I started the Now brand parasite tincture with Black-Walnut hull ,cloves and Wormwood , back i n December. 6days after I stopped my stomach hurt for 10days and I didn't know why. I started my second one and it went away, then after that 6days after I was done it hurt again and that's when I figured it out. I'm on my 3rd cleanse and am trying to eat better. I've been drinking Lemon And lime water with Turmeric and Ginger in it for a few months now to alkalize my body. Does my stomach hurt cause the eggs are hatching after six day's?
