Re: I think I have adrenal fatigue? What should I do?

All I can do is tell you what helped me. My adrenals were completely haywire for a year or so but these things have made a world of difference.

Transdermal magnesium oil applied to the body every day. This one thing is hugely powerful. Please try it. Magnesium pills don't make a scrap of difference sometimes.

Take a taurine supplement OR better yet, start whisking 4 raw egg yolks a day into a glass of milk (I use nut milk). Taurine is so overlooked and my life changed when I discovered it. I have taken it as a powder, but raw egg yolks are far more medicinal and contain other amazing minerals and vitamins to support your healing. Most importantly they contain choline which is vital for our liver health and your liver may be part of the equation. The egg yolks must be RAW as they are super easy for our bodies to assimilate when raw vs when cooked. Use organic freerange eggs. Raw eggs have turned my health around.

Take liposomal vitamin b12 (liquid). Sooo important for everyone who is unwell.

I am only suggesting these things to you because they actually WORKED for me. I have spent thousands on all sorts of supplements with no benefit to my health and finally I found these things which actually helped me.

Also, Lugols Iodine is very helpful BUT for the first month or so, you may experience an increase in adrenal stress because the Iodine detoxes metals from your body (fluoride, bromide) and this can irritate your adrenals. It is imperative to start with one drop or less a day and slowly build up to 2 drops. If you experience adrenal stress then drink warm water with plenty of Sea Salt dissolved in it to help your kidneys flush out the toxins. I could hardly tolerate Iodine for months but finally after persevering I can take two drops a day with no problems and I am SO calm and relaxed.

Also, of course zero caffeine (including chocolate) and reduce carbs as much as possible. Fruit juice and sugary drinks are not a good idea but I'm sure you know that now. My prayers go out to you. Hang in there, it will get better. Xxx
