Okay I haven't posted here in a while but I just wanted to say I've been exfoliative cheiltis free for 4 months now, I had it from December of 2014 to September 2015. I'm not sure the exact thing that worked for me but I'm going to tell you what what I did.
I think I got exfoliative cheiltis from sitting around all day, not working out and lack of oral hygiene. Because when I first got it, it was a month after my neck surgery and I really couldn't do anything for 3 months.
Okay now the things that didn't really work- I tried colostrum for about 3 months it had no improvement, I tried aquaphor all it did was hide it. I tried anti fungal, it did nothing, I did some candida diet for a couple weeks, I dropped it.
Okay now what worked in September I was alowed to work out again and do physical activities, so I started working out not thinking it was going to get any better , but every week it started getting better and by the end of September it was mostly all gone.
I don't know if this will help but I think my diet and working out really helped me.
