Re: HELP! I don't know where to start!

I am a licensed nutritional biochemist specializing in food allergy clinical practice and food allergy research, and have scientific publications and hold a patent in this field. I have evaluated and treated hundreds of patients with eczema and other allergy symptoms. I recommend that they get food allergy testing for both: IgE immediate allergies, and IgG delayed allergies (hypersensitivities). The most common allergic foods are: milk, cheese, eggwhite and egg yolk, wheat, soybean, and peanuts, also often tomato. But there are many others. I often test for adrenal function (pregnenolone, cortisol, DHEA), because this gland makes hormones with anti-inflammatory functions. Perhaps some of these tests will help you identify problem foods and reactions.
