my life is nightmare with candida overgrowth , herx ?

Hello guys from few months my life is nightmare after major stres being few weeks ( problem with family etc ,) less sleep , eat only sugar ,snickers bar etc. and finaly get sick and take some antibiotics i probly stacks a major yeast infection , i was have panic attack , crying all day , muscle and joint pain and all athores symptoms of canddida , i started to get diet to get rive of that and use probiotics etc, i think i get better but have major problem with swolen glands and very painful all my body neck head breast etc , and night sweats and horribly nightmares , sometimes i just wana cry dont know why.

is this all the herx and die off?

i use to be a bodybuilder can i use protein shakes after workout if i have candida in my self can it feed it ? what abaout the meat chicken brest ?

im so tired it is with me since one year :*
