Re: Candida Die-Off/Allergic Reaction?

I am going to stop taking the Candida Cleanse and probably take a week off. When I look back at what I was doing, I was taking 2 candida pills and doing a lot of coconut oil. Maybe I can't handle coconut oil??

In regards to low stomach acid, I am taking digestive enzymes. They do and they don't help.

I was taking Vitamin C to deal with die off related symptoms and to boost my immune system. Stomach didn't seem to agree with it and I was last night with strong stomach burning. Today stomach burning is very prominent. Feel acid reflux related symptoms again. Burping a lot too. Gi doctor suspects Gastritis? Prescribed me with something but hesitant to do it.

As far as swollen lymph nodes, maybe this is low carb related? I have significantly reduced carb amount and maybe this is why I am very stuffed up and find my mouth very dry.
