Monitor Your Thyroid!

I didn't want to post until making more progress, so here you have it. I cannot stress the importance of making sure you support your thyroid. I could have avoided A TON of stress over the pass 6 months by increasing my desiccated thyroid dosage. My TSH was over a 7. There is much debate over TSH, but for me, it matched just how awful I was feeling.

I thought that I could strengthen it in other ways - vitamin c, ashwaghanda, Iodoral, glutathione, etc. I know most of us here prefer to avoid medication, but if something's not working, sometimes you just need to give in.

The main reason I didn't want to originally up my dose was because I thought I'd have to keep upping it forever. I seriously now doubt this will ever happen because by just increasing my thyroid med by 3/4 of a grain, EVERYTHING feels better. Your thyroid makes your entire body stronger. If I can strengthen the rest of my system, I have a better chance if killing the mold.

I truly hope anyone with mold and thyroid issues can relate to this post. Find a practitioner that acknowledges what I've stated, and you should be on your way to feel at least a little bit better.
