It's very easy; dump in millet and quinoa into the glass pyrex, add in the spices, fill up the pyrax about half an inch with water, and bake at 350 degrees until the millet and quinoa have cooked. Yes, it will become dry and slightly crispy when done (usually about 25 mins or so). Eat this every day for a meal.
As an added bonus, use chicken bone broth instead of water.
