Vitamin K, D3, Iodine, Calcium, Magnesium

Hi I was wondering What the best brand of Vitamin K is. I just ordered Vitamin D3 5,00IU and I plan on taking 25,000-50,000 a day for a month and then cutting it in half for a month then just 10,000-15,000 everyday from then on. Maybe less in the summer. Also is Calm mag good to take with it also? Also what about Iodine, should I take all of this together or some of it seperate, like the iodine? Thanks. Tweet
