You probably don't need to fast 5 or 6 days...

Fasting at most 3, maybe 4 days per week is probably safest...

It also means that you don't have to push your willpower so hard either...

There are some fasting techniques that don't require you to do consecutive days of fasting... such as intermittent fasting...

That's where you don't eat until lunch time...

You're also fasting while you sleep too... so skip breakfast and fast until lunch and that can work too...
