Stomach acid being low has nothing to do with being a vegetarian? In fact, eating lots of meat can cause low stomach acid as well. Why not do some more google research on the topic to learn more?

Both apple cider vinegar and ginger may cause a burny feeling, especially since the apple cider vinegar increases stomach acid levels, so it's best to eat something after that. You're telling your stomach you're about to eat something, so eat something then, or don't eat the apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach.
