Thanks for the info. I'm sticking to apple cider vinegar and lemon in the morning. Trying to incorporate sauerkraut in diet too. Not sure if I'm having a reaction to that as well. I've been doing bland veggies for 2 days. Should get blood work on Tuesday. I think I'm gonna talk to my doctor about returning to meat. I need to make sure my dietary needs are met. Maybe I would start off slow with chicken/bone broth? Eggs are out because I had a bad flare up the other day. Open to any suggestions.
